ERBIUM LASER RESURFACING
The Erbuim laser is the latest advance in smoothing deeper wrinkles aroung the lips, frown lines, crow's feet, and smile lines. Because the Erbium laser produces less heating and burning of surrounding tissue, the procedure is safer, recovery time is quicker, and the length of postoperative redness is reduced. Recent studies have shown that Erbium laser stimulates collagen production in deeper level, causing further tightening and smoothing of the skin over a period of time.

Treatment and Recovery
Most cases involve only local or topical anesthesia. Following the procedure, the open treated areas are kept moist with topical ointment. New skin formation usually occurs within five to seven days, after which concealer makeup can be worn. During the ensuing several weeks of redness, sun block must be applied. Soon the pinkness fades to a normal skin tone, and you will experience a softer, smoother, younger look.
